As a state licensed certified contractor, and a past builder prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Enrique has a unique knowledge of the issues involved in the challenging industry of construction. From the day to day trivial transactional matters concerned with keeping a construction company in business, to the more difficult and troublesome issues of payment and claims, this firm begins with the understanding of a contractors’ life and work. We serve both the general public and construction professionals in circuit civil court, county, and small claims court. Our Construction Law services include transactional work such as the drafting and review of construction contracts, subcontracts, supplier agreements, agency determinations, and warranties, as well as providing legal advice in the interpretation of Florida Statutes and municipal codes. We assist construction professionals in obtaining licensing as well as qualifying current and new construction businesses.

We also engage in adversarial legal services such as construction disputes, the filing of construction liens, equitable liens, and causes of action for breach of contract and equity suits as well as engaging in trial work, arbitration and mediation on behalf of our clients.



CONSTRUCTION LICENSE APPLICATIONS

Our experience has assisted many of our new clients obtain their construction licenses through the State of Florida as well as individual count certifications. Once a client has passed his or her exam, the next challenge is to navigate the official paperwork and gather the required documentation to create a properly qualified construction business. Once done properly and quickly, our clients are ready to build!
